RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and/or maintain accurate resident records
• Administer medications and monitor side effects/reactions
• Record vital signs and report symptoms and changes in resident conditions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Wyoming State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Accredited Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
• BLS and ACLS Certification
