Clinic Receptionist (FT)
The receptionist is the face of the clinic and a pivotal member of the facility. As the first person, patients see, they set the tone for patients and family members as they enter the building. We are looking for a friendly face and outgoing personality to welcome patients into the Newcastle Clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets visitors to the facility.
- Maintains records as required.
- Transfers calls as necessary.
- Receives and dispatches deliveries and mail as necessary.
- Utilizes good communication skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, providers, co-workers and other sections in the organization and with other facilities in the community.
- Maintains a professional, organized and clean working environment by following organizational policies, guidelines, and safety standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
