Office/Clinic Manager

WCHS is searching for an Clinic Manager for our Newcastle and Upton Clinics. This position will provide overall leadership and management of assigned clinic(s), assuring excellent patient care, customer service and clinical outcomes

  • Manage clinical staff
  • Assuring excellent patient care and customer service
  • Developing and implementing policies
  • Provide support, coaching and mentoring to staff and providers
  • Manage daily functions and continuous improvement in a team environment


  • BA/BS Degree in nursing, healthcare, business or related field with management experience; or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Previous experience in managing teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities, including resolving complex problems requiring innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to present oneself and one's ideas with clarity, confidence and poise.
  • Strong PC and computer skills such as with EPIC is strongly preferred.
  • Valid Wyoming State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing Program
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
