Provides professional administrative assistance in planning, directing, and controlling various aspects of home care programs.  Performs clerical duties in a professional manner. Assists in preparing grants, fundraising campaigns, budgets, goals, soliciting and obtaining matching funds.  Assists with chart audits and compliance issues, maintains statistical records and data in the Home Health Department.  Successful candidate will assist the elderly and their families and direct them toward appropriate programs that provide support and resources necessary.

Interested in becoming a CNA? 

Start on the road to becoming a CNA with employment first as a

Nurse Aide (NA)!!

 

While employed as an NA in our facility you will gain experience

and have the unique opportunity to shadow professionals in the field

in order to see what being a CNA is all about. 

 

Our NA’s may then be eligable for funding from WCHS

to complete the CNA course and become licensed professionals!

 

No experience is required to start the journey today and become an NA.

Weston County Health Services is searching for dedicated, caring individuals to join our team of highly qualified C.N.A.’s in the Manor.  Shifts may vary as needed.  Must have Wyoming C.N.A. license or have application already in process.  Repayment of licensing costs is available (restrictions apply).

Minimum starting pay is $11.84 per hour DOQ.

Plus, differentials where applicable:

$2.00 for weekends

$1.00 for nights

$0.60 for evenings

Complete designated chore jobs to assist elderly and disabled clients to remain in their homes.  Chore services may include but not limited to: yard work, snow removal on walking paths for the client’s safety, washing cars, heavier household chores/spring cleaning such as shampooing carpets, washing windoews, defrosting freezers, and cleaning ovens.  Minimum starting pay is $10.14 per hour DOQ.

Duties include but are not limited to: operating and caring for equipment, basic understanding of chemicals/cleaning detergents and their use, ability to twist, bend, lift, and walk for long periods of time.  This position will cross train as a Laundry Aide as needed.  Applicant must be able to work holidays and weekends.  Shifts are primarily days and into early evenings.  Minimum starting pay is $10.14 per hour DOQ.
